Trying that now, hopefully it works. It looks like you’re having hard-drive driver issues with your WinPE. Did this ever work on this hardware?
Is the disc scratched or drive dirty? If you are just trying to copy data off so you can reinstall Windows, would a live Linux disc like Knoppix or even Ubuntu work? Or is there a desktop you could slave this drive in? I think Denis is right on the license thing. Windows isn’t free and needs some kind of key to operate, even on a live disc.
