Any workarounds anyone??? Idk, I have searched Over 10 hours in total and nothing works. Luckily I’m getting a new computer tomorrow, but this is terrible, and I will try to get in contact with ubisoft for not fixing this issue over the span of 2 YEARS! My system is more than powerful enough to play at the maximum settings.
Have installed the latest drivers. Have not been able to play it once. I am done with Ubisoft. I got a new computer and it works fine. I really wish ubi would’ve fixed this. I just verified the integrity of the game cache, it said one file failed. Hopefully that will fix it, for me. One time it was a windows issues and I had to format my HDD, the other 2, it was the game. I did 10 hours total of internet searches, at least 4 redownloads, at least tries booting it up, and nothing worked.
As I said, I was getting a new computer planned near that date anyway, but I don’t think there was a way to get it working on the old computer.
I tried so much, but to no avail. Ubi, Uplay sucks. I don’t care how juch money you get, because Uplay makes you lose more money than it makes you due to people stopping buying your games. Try running as an administrator. I went to the. Works now with Windows When I had the old computer, there wasn’t a run as administrator option for AC4, while it was there for the other applications.
